Why this newsletter exists
If you’re reading this, you’ve just joined a Sunday morning ritual for 6,700+ infrastructure leaders across 48 countries-Investment Directors at development finance institutions, CDOs navigating AI infrastructure decisions, innovators, indutry pionners, policy architects shaping the rules of the next decade, and fund managers deciding where the next trillion dollars of infrastructure capital actually goes.
I spent over 20 years inside the institutions that build, finance, and govern infrastructure: the African Development Bank Group, RICS West Africa, UNDP. I watched first-hand how the biggest infrastructure decisions of our era get made: under pressure, with fragmented information, and almost never with the full picture in view.
That gap is what Tomorrow’s Infrastructure exists to close
